These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the SolutionX Blueprint website and software platform (the “Platform”). By accessing the website or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree, you may not use the Platform.
1. Description of the Platform
SolutionX Blueprint is a digital solution blueprinting and delivery alignment platform built on Microsoft Power Platform. The Platform is deployed within a customer’s Microsoft environment and operates using Microsoft Power Apps and Dataverse.
The Platform enables structured modeling of digital solutions, enterprise foundations, and delivery alignment constructs.
2. License and Use
Subject to applicable licensing agreements, SolutionX Blueprint grants customers a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the Platform within their Microsoft tenant.
Customers may not:

Copy, reproduce, or distribute the Platform

Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source components

Modify or create derivative works without authorization

Resell or sublicense the Platform without written permission
All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
Free trial: SolutionX Blueprint includes a 30-day free trial. Continued use after the trial period requires a commercial license from Cosmosapient LLC.
3. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for:

Maintaining their Microsoft subscription and required licenses

Managing user access and role-based permissions

Ensuring compliance with applicable laws and internal policies

Safeguarding credentials and access to their environment
SolutionX Blueprint does not control or access customer data outside the customer’s environment unless explicitly authorized for support purposes.
4. Data Ownership
All customer data entered into the Platform remains the property of the customer.
SolutionX Blueprint does not claim ownership of customer business data stored within Microsoft Dataverse under the customer’s tenant.
5. Intellectual Property
SolutionX Blueprint, including its data model, structure, design, trademarks, and documentation, is protected by intellectual property laws.
“SolutionX Blueprint” is a proprietary product and may not be used without authorization.
6. Support and Updates
Support services, updates, and enhancements may be provided under separate agreements or subscription terms.
SolutionX Blueprint reserves the right to modify or improve the Platform over time.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SolutionX Blueprint disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to:

Merchantability

Fitness for a particular purpose

Non-infringement
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SolutionX Blueprint shall not be liable for:

Indirect or consequential damages

Loss of profits

Loss of data

Business interruption
Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the applicable subscription period.
9. Third-Party Services
The Platform operates within Microsoft Power Platform. Use of Microsoft services is subject to Microsoft’s own terms and policies.
SolutionX Blueprint is not responsible for Microsoft service outages or infrastructure-related issues.
10. Termination
Access to the Platform may be terminated if:

License terms are violated

Payment obligations are not met

Misuse of the Platform occurs
Upon termination, customers remain responsible for managing their data within their Microsoft environment.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of New Jersey, U.S.A., without regard to conflict of law principles.
12. Changes to These Terms
SolutionX Blueprint reserves the right to update these Terms periodically. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
