SolutionX Blueprint can be purchased through either of the following methods:

Platform Roadmap

SolutionX Blueprint is currently delivered as a managed Microsoft Power Platform solution.

A platform-agnostic edition is on the product roadmap to support broader enterprise environments beyond Microsoft Azure.

What Is a Power User?

A Power User is defined, for licensing purposes, as any named user who has read-write access within the platform and the ability to author or modify solution blueprint content.

​

From our licensing perspective, a Power User is anyone granted the capability to create, maintain, or administer solution blueprints. This includes authoring constructs, defining directional relationships, managing lineage, configuring security roles, and maintaining blueprint data.

​

Within your organization, however, Power Users may represent different functional roles. The platform includes preconfigured security roles that can be assigned and tailored to support role-based responsibilities such as:

• Business Architect

• Enterprise Architect

• Solution Architect

• Technology Lead

• Project Manager

• Platform Administrator

 

Each role can be configured with different levels of write access based on governance needs. For example, some roles may author specific constructs, while others may manage relationships, approve changes, or administer foundational data.

Read-only users may view blueprints and associated records but cannot modify content. There is no limit to the number of read-only users within a licensed tenant.

Subscription Terms

All plans are offered as annual subscriptions.
No long-term commitments are required.

Licenses are issued per tenant for production use. Development, sandbox, and testing environments are included to support controlled deployment and lifecycle management.

Microsoft Licensing Requirements

Customers are responsible for maintaining appropriate Microsoft Power Apps and Dataverse licenses within their tenant.

SolutionX Blueprint does not include Microsoft licensing fees.
